Friends of the Children – Houston had an unforgettable evening at the Houston Astros game, where we were honored as the Astros Foundation Charity of the Game! It was a night to remember as our incredible Friends of the Children ambassador, Simone Biles, stepped onto the mound to throw out the first pitch.

We are honored to be recognized by the Astros Foundation and we are so grateful for their support. Being the Charity of the Game gave us a wonderful platform to share more about our long-term, professional mentoring model, we are creating generational change by empowering youth to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential. Moments like these, where we can share our mission with a broader audience, bring us closer to our goal of transforming the lives of children and families in Houston.
