2025 Spring Festival & Easter Egg Hunt

This past April, we welcomed families, mentors, and community partners to our annual Spring Festival. From fun games and crafts to delicious food and music, the event offered something for everyone.

One highlight of the day was our children’s book donation drop box, where families and guests generously contributed age-appropriate books aligned with our values—stories that encourage kindness, adventure, emotional expression, and literacy development. These donations will help us build home libraries for our youth and support their love of reading.

We’re so grateful to the families, volunteers, and staff who helped make the day a success. Events like this remind us how powerful it is when community comes together to support and celebrate our youth.

Want to contribute to our clubhouse? We'll have a book donation drop box at the event to help grow our collection of engaging, educational, and inspiring books for youth in our program! We’re looking for new or gently used books for ages 4-8, including:

• Gender-neutral stories
• Educational and science books
• Books that encourage kindness, collaboration, and self-expression
• Adventure stories and superhero books
• Spanish books that meet these guidelines

We cannot accept comic books, horror stories, adult novels, psychological/therapeutic books, or books with violent or divisive content.
