Tre Maxie has over 20 years of experience in executive leadership positions within the social profit and public sectors, dedicated to serving the community. With deep family roots in Texas, Tre has lived in multiple states and countries. He has successfully driven market expansion and growth for various local, national, and international organizations. From 2011 to 2016, Tre served as a member of the Washington State Board of Education, where he championed innovative policies that enhanced educational outcomes and reduced achievement and opportunity gaps in early childhood and K-12 education.
Passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and scaling effective strategies, Tre has been a driving force for change. He has served on several boards, including the national board of Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA), So They Can International, and the Public Library. His work has been recognized in multiple media outlets, and he has received numerous accolades for his contributions to improving children's outcomes.
Tre holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Western Governor’s University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science Pre-Law from Morehouse College. Outside of his professional endeavors, Tre enjoys urban architecture, documentaries, and international travel. A foodie at heart, he delights in diverse cuisines and has visited over thirty-eight countries across five continents. Tre lives with his Giant Schnauzer, Roxie.
