Based in Houston, TX, she has a proven track record of driving efficiency, productivity, and growth across diverse organizational settings. She most recently served in HR leadership for a leading AI and digital economy innovator.

In addition to her corporate expertise, Barbara is an entrepreneur who has successfully launched and scaled her own staffing, recruitment, and career coaching firm!

As a passionate advocate for education, Barbara applied her instructional and administrative skills as a substitute teacher in various Houston educational institutions. In her new role as Operations Manager, her focus is to align operations management initiatives with the organization's goals and business strategy.
