Judy has over 36 years of experience with ExxonMobil, in a variety of operational, supervisory and management roles in finance, marketing, and primarily IT. Judy worked across both the chemicals and petroleum segments of the business, in the field and at headquarters, including an international assignment as the Marketing IT Manager for the Chemicals Europe business in Brussels.
Her final assignment before retiring in 2015 was to provide strategic leadership for the ExxonMobil corporate campus south of the Woodlands, to integrate line business input with campus design. In that role she was responsible for leading various teams to design interior workspace and new workplace practices, in addition to designing amenities such as the wellness center, dining facilities, the child development center, etc. for campus residents. She and her team were also responsible for implementing change/move management for 10k+ employees to consolidate the existing Houston and Fairfax, VA campuses to the new campus in the span of 18 months.
Judy received her Bachelors in Mathematics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and her Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Quantitative Business Analysis from Indiana University. She currently volunteers with Dress for Success in Houston, and has served on the board of the Broad Oaks Area Homeowners Association. She and her husband have a son, daughter-in-law and grandson in Houston, and also maintain a home in Steamboat Springs, Colorado where they enjoy the summer and early fall months.
